The victim was shot once in the head in the early 1980s, the authorities said, and was identified after family members from Arkansas could provide a DNA match.
The man came face to face with an Amur tiger inside the animal’s habitat at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in England. The park was evacuated and closed to the public.
